• At EXIT, when you sponsor or introduce agents into the company, you will be paid 10% of the gross on each agent's production residually. Residual income is paid year after year and for as long as they are selling real estate with EXIT. There is NO LIMIT to the number of agents you can sponsor and you can sponsor agents anywhere EXIT has an office.
• 10% SPONSORING - Earn up to $10,000 per agent per year as your sponsoring bonus for helping us grow the company.
• 7% RETIREMENT - Retain up to $7,000 per agent per year for every agent you brought on board. You can also continue to sponsor agents into the system, increasing your retirement income, EVEN AFTER YOU'RE RETIRED!
• 5% BENEFICIARY - Your named beneficiary will also receive up to $5,000 for every agent you brought on board, even after you're gone. PEACE OF MIND!

Training Coaching & Mentoring

• NEW AGENTS - Over 50+ hours of extensive, live and interactive training each month. New agents will receive all the tools, materials, dialogues, presentations, etc. to hit the ground running. In addition, new agents sponsored into the system by more experienced agents will have a built-in coach and mentor with a profitable stake in the game!
